Some families might know what they want in an au pair but we have interviewed extensively for 20 years and we know what to look for because we really do understand your placement requirements. As a rule, we do not forward cv’s before we have profiled the position to candidates, our work behind the scenes as part of the placement process is extensive. Only AFTER the matching process and checks have been completed do we then contact the family to get interview times for a you to meet the prospective candidates.
(In this specialized non-corporate area of recruitement a cv can be illusional on the one hand whilst you can miss a promising candidate with just the right personality and talents on the other.)
We have personally met the candidates and have hand-picked them for a reason. Families will, once we have set up the interviews, be able to log onto our site to download all the chosen candidates’ information. We will be very shortly offering a free babysitting service for our family clients who can log onto the Au Pair At Home website and make contact with au pairs already on our books willing to do extra babysitting.
